Blog #7: Compare and Contrast

<------Painting #1

3a)If i was to write an essay, comparing and contrasting the two photos above my purpose would be:  To show that the first painting is better than the second painting in showing the time era.

3b) My sample thesis would sound a little like this: Even though, these photos above were both painted by  different artist at different times in the 1700s they obtaine many similarities and differences yet the first painting better exemplifies the time era .

3c) The key points i would use would be: The style of clothing
The use of nature background
The showing of men or women that wanted to have more than one partner

3d) I would organize my essay point by point so that i could throughly explain my reasoning, for explainin why i say the the first painting shows the time era better.
Where i found painting 1      Where i found painting 2

Blog #6: Working Definitions

Definition by Negaition: I sometimes ask myself what is freedom, and i tell me self that it is your right to say  or act the way you want  with out having any penalies but it cant mean that because you are not able to kill someone with out knowning that you dont have the freedom, yet the courts have the right to give a criminal the sentence of death.

Defintion by Compare and Contrast: We all know freedom up to a certain point, but we do not know thw ultimate freedom which would allow us to do as we please. why because it would cause caous everywhere and with everyone.

Definition by History:  We are supposed to have  freedom of speech which lets you speak your mind openly with opression but in china people have the Article 35 of the Chinese Constituation. However criminal acts are sometimes applied towards people who ridcule the chinese goverment. In addition of the use of intimidation the chinese goverment use the Goverment Cencoership to regulate what can be said in magizines, newspaper etc.

Definition by Example: I have the freedom to go out and buy anything i want, unless it is illegal or against a certain rule or law.

"Blog #5 Narrative & Description Response" a

A little town called Mezquital was a calm town until one unusual day. There were two sisters Maria was 8 and Elisa had just turned 7. Their grandfather had just bought this old, big and not to mention creepy looking castle. The castle was located at the top of a hill as if it was the upper class section of the town. He was told by the neighbors that the castle was haunted, but he never conceded it. Until one day a cold, windy, rainy day the clouds were dark black rain was pouring apocalyptically. The two granddaughters and the grandfather were in the dungeon. They were looking around to see what they could find while looking through things they heard a noise that evoked them to be scared and nervous. Their grandfather tried to trivializes the noise but the girls could not forget. Maria began to believe the stories had told her about the castle. One the other had Elisa didn't believe that stories at all. The topic of the of the castle being haunted derisive feelings between the sisters. They began to walk back upstairs faster and faster each time they heard the noise. They finally reached the living room where they were waiting for Maria’s and Elisa’s friends who by the way are very amiable friends to come over. When they arrived the friends showed reverent towards Maria’s and Elias’s grandfather. There was only one friend who was impious, but she was even a friend she was one of the best friend sister. Their friends lionize the castle, so much that they didn't even what to touch it. At this point it began raining again and this time worse than last time. The grandfather told the girls to call their parents everyone began to get sleep. Everyone got a blanket and pillow from one of the closet. While they laid down, the noises started, one of the girls said they saw someone when they went to the restroom. No one believed her so she finally thought it was her imagination. Around ten o’clock everyone woke up when they heard a noise. They woke up because the all heard a women talking. Everyone got in the car and the left to a nearby neighbor who was an old woman she hardly ever talked. Once they reached her house they got down a knocked on her door, she opened and welcomed them in. she told them it was true that the castle was haunted by a lady who owned it before and was murdered there by her backstabbing husband. The next thing their grandfather did was take all the girls home including his granddaughters. Two weeks later he sold the castle to this old lady. she was odd, he told her the story she didn’t mind it: she was kind of different in a way so the old creep castle fit her well. He never cared to know what happened to the castle or the old lady who bought it. She might have lived or she might have died after buying it.
